Settings page in 'Settings' for wiki admins. This could be on the app view level.
Might need to check what's being done with the standard.site
- font family (allow-list)
- accent/background color (hex)
- logo ?
If multiple admins = last write wins.
What about user-level overrides in appview profile, layered on wiki defaults?
