Roadmap and Architecture braindump

Made a laundry list of what I want to build and launch + a whole slew of much longer term ideals to note. Did a bunch of research on the atproto docs, various blog posts, and lots of chatting with Claude to try to determine a reasonable system design that will be cheap to bootstrap and flexible if we get damn lucky with adoption.
