- Update the "Set credentials" menu item to a sub menu where you can either edit your credentials or unset them
- Hide the "Link current book" menu item when the current document has a link, or change it to "Update linked book"
- Add icons to menu items, similar to the Hardcover plugin, to indicate link status
- Add menu item to display last synced status
