Right-clicking an inline in the editor opens the link

In the editor, when text in a paragraph has an inline link on it, right-clicking it opens the link (in a new tab). This doesn't happen when viewing the article (outside of the editor) or when the text block is locked (which only opens the context menu, as expected).
