feat(pm/ghostty): stop windows keeping directories

When we open a new window, we don't really want it to keep a directory from a window we were using before ... particularly as it seems that the focus can survive through something like switching to a different application/etc. It makes more sense, in my opinion, to have tabs/etc. open in the same directory but windows open with the home directory...
