feat(pm/teal): add jellyfin

I've talked about this with Coded before and we planned to set up jellyfin - I finally decided to do the thing :) Unfortunately a lot of jellyfin can't be configured declaratively - instead it must be set up using the web dashboard. Fine, I guess...
