Add “AT Mon-Yo” design

Hi there! I’m part of the AT Protocol Japan community. While we aren’t a formal organization, we’re an active group of enthusiasts exchanging information on Discord. I’m a software developer by trade, but I also enjoy graphic design as a hobby. I’ve personally created this design, and I’d be thrilled if it could be made into a sticker!
