fix: some text is lower than it should be on posts

the screenshot above displays the following two problems:

• in ThreadItemAnchor, there isn't a " · " spacer symbol between the 'via' field text and date (nor is there one between those and the Post interaction settings label/button)
• the display name and date are visually slightly lower than the handle in non-focused posts (replies)
