make the custom post phrase dialog use the updateInputValue logic of the Favicon Service URL dialog (from BadgeSettings) so defaultValue can be used instead of value
update icons in ImpressionsSettings (reply and repostrepost icons instead of eyes?)
make the 'Do not declare any default app labelers' toggle automatically reload the (web) app
at least make the Custom AppView DID a dropdown (no longer a dialog; put it inline) with Bluesky and Blacksky presets
move infra admonitions into their relevant dialogs
convert more Toggle.LabelText into SettingsList.ItemText in Appearance, Usability, and Other additions settings
