fix: 'Also liked' deferred, skeleton, and post loading

remove the deferral of rendering, as that should've only been applied the first time...
use skeleton post bodies instead of a spinner
needs some way to visually differ it from replies, like a different background color or bigger gap above.
- add an initial fade in?
oh and carry the post values over (currently it tries to load the post data again when pressed/opened)
