OAuth implementation from Blacksky Community

This was ported over by Claude, but the original implementation was also created by Claude so I think it's only fair. I only fixed the bugs. I tested it a little bit but it probably needs to be looked at more. Also it replaces the login form on web completely so you can't login without OAuth at all and that might be a problem.
