unable to log on to atcr.io

I'm not able to log on to atcr.io, instead I get a Something went wrong while logging you in. Please try again. message.

I had a self-hosted atproto account on a server with a faulty SSD ("I'll set up backups later"), so I've had to create a new account with the same handle. Could this be the cause of the issue? My previous account had logged on to atcr.io: https://atcr.io/u/did:plc:ydb36b57suwo7m3tndiill4r.
