feature request: emoji reactions to all messages in issue threads

I noticed that it is currently only possible to react to the initial issue description with a nicely chosen set of emojis. I propose that emoji reactions are also available for all messages within an issues, including new thread messages and replies to those messages. I find it pretty useful - especially when I quickly want to appreciate a reply and would like to react with 👍
