feature request: emoji selection when writing `:`

Many text fields nowadays that support emojis also have support to insert them conveniently by typing e.g. :thumbs_up:. While typing, a dropdown menu capped at 5 best matching emojis should ideally pop up, inspired by GitHub, but I am open for improvements regarding functionality and design.
