Why

We see bunch of new contributors these days but don't have an effective way to show them other than bsky release post.

How

This kind of indexing should be done from knotmirror, but knotmirror doesn't know about email->did connections... As a quick solution, I suggest to just return list of emails. We don't have that much contributors yet so ignoring pagination should be fine.
