TODO: Add maintenance notice

Unfortunately, I won't be maintaining the next branch anymore.

• Monado changes are being merged fairly quickly right now
• Many of the patches next depends on are no longer being updated
• I'd like to dedicate more time to bringing VR support to MacOS
